After successes such as What If...? and M.O.D.O.K., Marvel is expanding its animated offering even further. The next show in the pipeline is Hit-Monkey, based on the cult comic book series.

Hit-Monkey is about a Japanese snow monkey who is on a quest for revenge, joined by the ghost of an American assassin. It features an all-star cast, including Jason Sudeikis, George Takei, and Olivia Munn.

Currently, the show is set to premiere exclusively on Hulu, which is a streaming service that is only available in the US. However, we do have a workaround which you can use to watch Hulu from abroad. It’s the same method we use to watch Only Murders in the Building a week early.

When does Hit-Monkey release?

There’s not long to wait now, as Hit-Monkey will drop all ten episodes on Hulu on 17 November 2021. Take a look at the latest official trailer below:

Will Hit-Monkey release on Disney+ UK?

At the time of writing, Hit-Monkey hasn’t been confirmed to come to Disney+ UK. If it does, we expect it to land on the Star section – a library which hosts Hulu shows internationally.

There was a Reddit post about Hit-Monkey arriving on Disney+ Spain in August, but this date has now passed. If we hear anything more about a Disney+ Star release, we’ll update this article.

If you’ve not done so already, you can sign up for Disney+ for £7.99 per month, or £79.90 per year. You can watch cult hits such as The Simpsons, both seasons of The Mandalorian and all the upcoming shows in Phase 4 of the MCU.

How to watch Hit-Monkey on Hulu in the UK and abroad

Hulu is currently exclusive to America, but it is possible to sign up from abroad with the help of a VPN, and by using a digital gift card as your payment method.

You can use a VPN (virtual private network) to reroute your IP address and browse the internet as if you’re based in another country. For watching Hulu, this would be the US.

There are lots of VPN options for Hulu available, but for the best prices and performance we recommend either NordVPN, ExpressVPN or Surfshark.

Once you’ve chosen your VPN, download it onto your device and do the following:

Remember that this is technically against Hulu’s terms of service, and therefore the company could cancel your account at any time if it discovers that you’re using a VPN. Proceed at your own risk.
