The reboot of Battlestar Galactica originally aired from 2003 to 2009 on the Sci-Fi Network and was a re-imagining of the original 1970’s series. It will join the likes of His Dark Materials, Doctor Who and Heroes on BBC iPlayer’s website.

If you’ve never seen Battlestar Galactica before, the show focuses on a war between mankind and aliens called Cylons. The reboot starred the likes of Edward James Olmos, Mary McDonnell and Katee Sackhoff, and won numerous Emmy awards during its run.
