If you’re looking to buy a new TV then you could get one for free via a new promotion at Currys PC World. The retailer is offering customers a 1 in 20 chance to win their money back after buying a TV, with no price limit, just in time for Euro 2021 football tournament.
There’s really only one stipulation and that is the TV needs to be 55in or larger, but all the top brands like Samsung, LG, Sony and Philips are included, with 4K or 8K models. Further rules of the deal just mean you need to apply at the right time after your purchase.
You need to enter via this Currys page, specifically 32-42 days after your purchase - so you have a 10-day window of opportunity to enter. The deal is now on and ends on 29 June 2021.
As well as buying via the main online store, the TV deal is also available in-store, the B2B business centre, call centres and the official eBay store. Just make sure you keep your receipt as proof of purchase. It’s open to GB residents (England, Wales, Scotland), aged 18 or over.
You could buy an LG CX which has £201 off, or pick up another discounted 2020 model like the excellent Samsung Q60T with QLED technology. Just remember to get it at 55in or bigger to enter the competition.
As part of the promotion, Currys has teamed up with Sky Media to produce “footballing legends Jimmy Bullard and Jermaine Jenas discussing with a Currys store colleague, the importance of expert guidance in shaping performance.”
There will also be a four-part series across Sky Sports social media with Bullard interviewing and going head-to-head in challenges with iconic footballers like Joleon Lescott and Emile Heskey.
Further ads will feature Ellie Taylor “showcasing just how incredible the tech is at Currys PC World and how can enhance the customer’s experience when watching sport this summer.”
