If you love your music, the audio streaming service Tidal has a great offer for both UK and US customers. It's available until 1 February 2022. You can get three months of Tidal HiFi for just £1/$1, and three months of Tidal HiFi Plus for just £2/$2.

The offer is available to new Tidal customers only but it's the same price across all the different plan types – Standard, Family and Student. After the initial 90 days are up, the plans will revert to the usual monthly subscription costs. You can sign up on the Tidal website

Tidal plans start from £4.99/$4.99 per month, so even on the cheapest account, you will still be making a big saving. Here are the regular prices for Tidal plans:

  • Tidal HiFi Standard - £9.99/$9.99 per month
  • Tidal HiFi Family - £14.99/$14.99 per month
  • Tidal HiFi Student - £4.99/$4.99 per month
  • Tidal HiFi Plus Standard - £19.99/$19.99 per month
  • Tidal HiFi Plus Family - £29.99/$29.99 per month
  • Tidal HiFi Plus Student - £9.99/$9.99 per month

The Tidal HiFi subscription provides users up to 1411 kbps sound quality on audio, over 80 million songs and 350,000 videos, ad-free listening, and offline listening with unlimited skips. Videos on the platform include Tidal Originals, with exclusive interviews of artists, documentaries and events.

The HiFi Plus tier has everything listed above but also allows users to stream even higher quality lossless audio (up to 9216 kbps), with support for Master Quality audio, Dolby Atmos, Sony 360 Reality Audio and HiFi. In addition, 10% of a user’s subscription price is paid out to the artists who are most listened to on that account.

You can also opt to sign up for Tidal with a 30-day free trial, though if you choose this option, you won’t be entitled to the discounted three-month offer.

Tidal isn’t the only streaming subscription service to offer deals this January – HBO Max has also slashed the prices of both its ad-supported and ad-free tiers.
