It means that if you own any compatible iPad, you can now hook it up to a Bluetooth mouse and keyboard and get an even closer to laptop experience than before. Cursor support is in the form of a small round dot that also highlights certain UI elements.

Among some of the other minor but useful changes are an updated button array in Mail to stop you deleting emails accidentally so often, new Memoji stickers and a CarKey API that lets you use your iPhone as a car key in some compatible vehicles.
As ever, Apple is also including multiple bug fixes and important security updates to ensure people’s devices run as smooth as possible, even if they don’t know about it.
