Chromebooks have been around for more than a decade, although they’ve always been associated with low-cost devices. If you couldn’t afford the extra power or premium features of a Windows machine, opting for ChromeOS was the next best thing.

However, that’s begun to change in recent years, with Chromebooks expanding into mid-range markets. With a huge range of devices to choose from in 2021, the prospect of significant discounts has become much more likely.

That’s especially true right now, with Black Friday sales well underway and Cyber Monday just around the corner. Without further ado, here are the best Chromebook deals in the UK and US right now.

There are also some great discounts on Windows devices – check out our separate articles on the best laptop deals and best budget laptop deals if that's something you'd prefer.

How to find good Chromebook deals

Chromebooks often have a low starting price, making knowing if a deal is genuinely good more difficult. If you’re unsure, check the original RRP or sites such as PriceSpy or Google Shopping to see how other retailers are pricing it.

For products on Amazon, CamelCamelCamel is a great way to see how the price has changed over time. Deals aren’t always as great as the retailers claim they are.

Other retailers to consider in the UK include Currys, John Lewis, Argos and AO. In the US, Best Buy, Walmart, Target and B&H Photo are among those that are worth checking. You can also head direct to manufacturer websites – this is sometimes where you’ll find the best deals.
