Buying a phone is always a tough decision. Should you spend big on the latest handset with all the bells and whistles, or pay less and net a bargain?
Luckily, many smartphones are discounted shortly after they are released, but you can save even more on Amazon Prime Day. And today, 13 July, is the final day with even bigger reductions on some phones from Samsung and Xiaomi.
To take advantage of most Prime Day deals you have to be signed up to Amazon Prime, Amazon’s monthly subscription service that also nets you free next day delivery on thousands of items, access to the company’s Netflix competitor Prime Video, Prime Music, and other perks.

Despite this, Amazon isn’t always the best place to find phones deals online. There are some great discounts to be found on Amazon on Prime Day, but they won’t necessarily be the best savings compared to other retailers who will also be running their own sales to compete.

Samsung Galaxy S20+ 5G (12GB/128GB) – Refurbished
The Galaxy S20+ is still an excellent phone, and it’s a bargain at this amazing price. Note that this is an Amazon Renewed device which has been refurbished. It is in “excellent” condition and comes with a 1-year warranty.
Samsung Galaxy A22 5G (4GB/64GB)
Get one of the most affordable Samsung Galaxy phones for even less. No need to be a Prime member for this deal. At the time of writing, the White model had the biggest discount of 33% off.
Xiaomi 11T 5G (8GB/256GB)
