After the roaring success of Spider-Man: No Way Home, all eyes are turning to the next Marvel flick. The next film in the MCU Phase Four is the sequel to Doctor Strange. It stars Benedict Cumberbatch and Elizabeth Olsen and is directed by Sam Raimi.
Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness will be the first horror-inspired film in the MCU and will delve into the parallel universes already explored in No Way Home and Loki. It will also draw on plot points set up from the first Disney+ series, WandaVision.
Theories are already rampant about who could appear in this latest movie. If you want to be the first one in the cinemas before you get spoilt, then we have everything you need to know about getting your hands on tickets in the UK and US. Will Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness release on Disney+ or VOD?
Doctor Strange 2 will eventually come to Disney+, but this will be at least a few months after it releases in theatres. Both Shang-Chi and Eternals have taken around this time and released on VOD services and DVD/Blu-ray not long after.
As far as we know, Doctor Strange 2 will not be released on Disney+ Premier Access as Black Widow was.
