4K Panasonic TV owners will be pleased to hear that the Disney+ app is now available globally on models from 2017 and onwards with My Home Screen OS.
The Disney+ app is accessible in the application view of the home screen directly on the TV, so users won’t need a media box or streaming stick to get the app at home.
The models that this rollout applies to are 4K TVs from Panasonic with My Home Screen OS that have the following product prefixes:
The update applies to these Panasonic TVs in the following regions:
- New Zealand
- Latin America
Disney Plus includes shows from the likes of Star Wars and Marvel, including
What If…? and
The Mandalorian, as well as all seasons of
The Simpsons. The Star section also includes content from Hulu, such as Only Murders in the Building and
The Walking Dead.
It doesn’t cost any extra to get shows in 4K, and providing your internet connection is stable and fast, content should by default play in this quality. You can read up more in our guide to
