It’s pretty rare for premium audio brand Sonos to discount its gear, so we’re seriously impressed by the savings it’s decided to offer for the Black Friday weekend – many of which have been price-matched by other retailers too.
The standout deal is for the Sonos Beam soundbar. Already affordable at £399/$399, it’s down to just £299/$299 for Black Friday, making it a pretty solid addition if you’re also grabbing a new TV today.
With a compact design that means it’ll fit neatly into almost any TV setup, plus support for HDMI Arc and both Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant, it’s one of the best soundbars out there right now, and a steal at this price.
We gave it 4.5 stars in our review, saying that “Sonos has worked its audio magic here,” and I’ve already recommended it to one of my friends at this price. You can buy it direct from Sonos, but you can also grab it at the same price from John Lewis, Argos, or Currys in the UK, or from Best Buy in the US.
Here’s the latest live pricing on the Beam:
If you don’t need a soundbar, the next best saving is on the Sonos Move, the company’s first ever portable Bluetooth speaker. Just like the Beam, it’s down from £399/$399 to £299/$299, and we gave it a pretty rare 5 stars.

It’s portable; packs support for Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, and voice control; and it’s both waterproof and even stain-resistant. It’s at the bigger and bulkier end of portable speakers, but if you want a speaker you can move around the house and into the garden, you won’t do much better.
As with the Beam, you can grab the discount direct from Sonos, or from John Lewis, Argos, Amazon and Currys in the UK, or Best Buy if you’re in the States. Here’s the latest live pricing on the Move:
As for the rest of the Sonos range, the cheapest we’ve found for the standard Sonos One speaker is £149 from Very – a tenner cheaper than the £159 price in Sonos’s own sale, and £50 down on the usual £199/$199 price.

If you’ve already got a Sonos One and want to upgrade to stereo sound, the Sonos One SL is just £139 right now. It’s essentially the same speaker but without smart assistant support, which also makes it a great option for anyone who simply isn’t fussed on voice controls.
Otherwise, Sonos has discounted the Sonos Sub subwoofer, along with various sets of different speakers bundled together – check out the full sale for everything discounted. You might want to be quick though – offers end on Cyber Monday, or whenever stock runs out, which could come first.
