O2 is now offering Disney+ for free for 12 months with select phone contracts. The company has offered the streaming service bundle free for 6 months since the launch of Disney Plus, but now customers can purchase phones that offer the service for even longer.
The deal is currently only available on unlimited data contracts, but they can be any length (starting from 12 months long, going up to 36 months long) and any device. Anything with lower data plans offers 6 months for free.
Both new and existing customers who are upgrading can take advantage of this deal. Devices with this offer include the Pixel 4A, the Samsung Galaxy S20 and the iPhone 11 – see the full list of eligible phones here.
To give some context, Disney Plus costs either £5.99 per month, or £59.99 per year for a standalone subscription. Therefore, you could make a big saving by bundling it in with a new phone contract, especially if you use a lot of data.
If you’re not ready to upgrade your contract just yet, you can add Disney+ as an extra on your airtime bill for £5.99 per month, and O2 will knock £2 off of your bill per month – essentially giving you Disney Plus for £3.99 per month.
You can check out more about the offer on the O2 website or find out more about Disney Plus here. Disney Plus offers a huge library of things to stream, including Disney classics, the MCU, the Star Wars franchise, The Simpsons, National Geographic content, Disney Channel movies and shows and much more.
If you don’t want to opt for Disney Plus, then O2 also offers bundles with Audible, Amazon Prime Video, Calm and more. Take a look at everything you can choose from on the O2 Extras website.
