Three is offering a year’s free subscription to Apple TV+, Apple’s video streaming service, with any of its 5G or 4G Home Broadband plans.
The home plans use a router with mobile data as opposed to a traditional wired internet connection but offer the same Wi-Fi service customers will be used to.
The offer is available from 2-17 September and gets customers an Apple TV 4K box and a year’s subscription for free to Apple TV+, which has original Apple-produced shows like The Morning Show and For All Mankind.
Three said that paired with its £34 per month 5G Home Broadband deal with a one-off upfront cost of £29, the whole bundle will save £48.
This doesn’t seem like a huge saving necessarily because of the cost of the Apple TV box that Three is giving away. You don’t technically need an Apple TV box to watch Apple TV+ as it’s also available as an app on smart TVs, but that’s how the deal here is being handed out.
If you’re in the hunt for new broadband though, this could be a good deal. It comes the same week that EE announced all-new iPhone plans that let customers upgrade their iPhone whenever they want.
