Avast Business has announced the launch of Small Office Protection, a security suite aimed at small businesses and entrepreneurs.
The solution is designed to protect small businesses from all kinds of threats, securing up to 10 devices.
Currently, 88% of small business owners feel that their business is vulnerable to cyberattacks, a survey from the U.S. Small Business Administration found.
Avast’s Small Business Protection will work on PC, Mac, Android and iPhone, and can help to prevent data breaches, fraud, financial data theft and hacking into business systems.
Ransomware shield, data shredder, remote access and email shield are the key features for PC and Mac devices and Wi-Fi security, password leak and virtual private network (VPN) offered for iOS and Android phones and tablets.
Small Business Protection costs £112.99/ $139.99 per year and you can buy it from Avast’s website.
“Small business owners are aware of the need to protect their companies from cyber-threats, but find that there is simply not enough time in the day to research the innumerable products on the market,” Vita Santrucek, General Manager at Avast Business said.
“Our new product is designed to offer complete defence from cyber-threats with minimal set-up, zero maintenance, and no IT expertise required.”
As business owners also worry about their lack of IT skills and budget, many have not been able to provide the needed cybersecurity equipment.
