Honor has announced that its Magic Earbuds are to go on sale soon in the UK for £89.99. They are already live for sale in France for €99.90, where early bird purchases will get an Honor Band 5 for free – not bad considering we gave it four stars.
The Earbuds were launched back in February alongside the Honor 9X Pro and MagicBook laptop.
The Earbuds are a shameless design mix of the regular AirPods and the AirPods Pro, with the white colour and stem of the former and the in-ear design of the latter. We pointed it out at the time, and it bears true now.
But AirPods Pro with their noise cancellation cost £249 – the Magic Earbuds are a lot cheaper at £89.99. Noise cancellation in true wireless earbuds under £100 is a good find, but we’ll have to get them in for review to see how well they perform.
If you want people to think you have AirPods then there’s the white option, but Honor is also offering an out-there ‘Robin Egg Blue’. Honor says a single charge will power the buds for 3.5 hours of music or 2.5 hours of calls, and the charging case will offer 14.5 hours overall when fully charged.
Hopefully they’ll be good enough to make our rundown of the best true wireless earbuds.
