UK operator EE is offering unlimited mobile data to its NHS worker pay monthly customers until 9 October, a six month period, as a thank you for their continued important and life saving work during the coronavirus pandemic.
NHS workers just have to register here with their NHS email address and can add the offer to their EE accounts. The offer does not extend to pay as you go customers, even if they work for the NHS.
The offer has been promoted with the new video below featuring Kevin Bacon:
NHS workers; we’re clapping for you, we’re rooting for you, but most of all, we’re thankful for you. So this is a small thanks from us – unlimited data on your pay monthly plan until the 9th October. Just register your NHS email at https://t.co/B1ranc3sEh pic.twitter.com/OenQXKktLE

Marc Allera, CEO of BT’s Consumer Division, said: “We hope this gives NHS staff one less thing to worry about. They can keep in touch with friends and family and use the internet without worrying about using up their data. Along with the discount we already provide, this is a thank you from all of us at EE to those in the NHS that are working so hard for us all.”
The move comes at a time when many UK operators are helping essential service workers and also the general population with their phone use and bills. Vodafone gave free data to its NHS worker customers for 30 days and O2 has given unlimited calls to every single one of its pay monthly UK customers.
