With only a month to go until the official launch, Disney Plus UK has opened a pre-sale that gives a nice discount on its annual subscription saving you almost 20%.
The introductory sale price is £49.99 for the year – ten pounds less than the standard price for an annual subscription. This works out around £4.17 per month, which is quite a big saving in comparison to the monthly rolling standard price – £5.99 per month. You can sign up on the official Disney Plus UK homepage.
If you do want to take advantage of this offer, you’ll have just under a month to do so, as this pre-sale ends on 23 March 2020, one day before the streaming service goes live in the UK.
When it does launch, there will be over 25 exclusives available. These include The Mandalorian (the Star War spin-off/the Baby Yoda show), the latest season of Star Wars: The Clone Wars, the live-action remake of The Lady and the Tramp and a bizarre documentary series called The World According To Jeff Goldblum – the title speaks for itself.
On top of all that, you’ll also get access to a whole plethora of classic Disney-owned content – including Marvel, Pixar, Star Wars and loads of throwback Disney Channel shows like Hannah Montana and The Suite Life of Zack & Cody.
All that content should tire you over until August, which is when the first MCU show – The Falcon and The Winter Soldier – kicks off.
