The singing competition that doesn’t take superficial appearances into account – The Voice – is currently underway with its ninth season. We’re now into the next stage of the competition, and we’ve rounded up everything else we know on the show so far.

When do the Knockouts and Live Shows start?
Now that the Blind Auditions and Battle Rounds are out of the way, the Knockouts will start tomorrow on Saturday 14 March 2020, with the official Live Shows happening on Saturday 4 April 2020.
The latter date is based on knowledge of previous years – once we have confirmation, we’ll update this article.
Who are the presenters and coaches?
Emma Willis is back on presenting duties, and will.i.am, Sir Tom Jones and Olly Murs have all returned to the judges chairs. However, there’s one major change this year. Jennifer Hudson has stepped down from her role, and has been replaced by singer-songwriter Meghan Trainor.
How many contestants are left?
There are currently twenty three artists left in the competition going into the Knockouts. By the time we get to the Live Shows, we’ll have eight artists that were saved by their coaches, and one lifeline act that is voted for by the public, a format introduced last year.
How can I watch The Voice?
If you’re in the UK, you can catch The Voice on ITV 1 on Saturday evenings, usually around 8:30pm. Missed out on earlier episodes? Catch up on the ITV Hub online, both on your desktop and other devices like your smartphone.
Even if you’re not based in the UK, you can still watch The Voice from abroad through using a VPN. VPNs can change your IP address, so you can browse the net as if you’re from another country. For the best price and range of servers, we recommend either NordVPN or ExpressVPN.
Once you’ve downloaded a VPN, you need to connect to a UK server, then open the ITV Hub and click on The Voice to catch up.
