Back in the old days of Snapchat there was a hidden settings menu that allowed you to add visual effects to your photos. These days all anyone really seems to care about is the lenses, so you might not even have noticed that filters have moved. But supposing you still want to add sepia, old-fashioned and black-and-white filters to your Snapchat snaps, here’s a quick way to apply them.
Here’s how to add filters to Snapchat:
- Launch Snapchat
- Compose your shot and tap the big circular capture button
- Swipe from right to left to scroll through the various filters
- When you’re happy press the Send button to share your Snap to your story or with a friend
