You’re probably used to pair your wireless headphones to a smartphone, but you can also connect Bluetooth headphones with a PC. Here’s how it’s done in a few simple steps.
For this tutorial we’re using Windows 10. We’re being general when it comes to the headphones since there are so many out there. If you need a new pair, check out our best headphones chart.
Connect Bluetooth headphones to PC
- Make sure your headphones are on and are discoverable. This process will vary between devices.
- On your PC, head to Start, then select Settings > Devices > Bluetooth & other devices and make sure Bluetooth is turned on. You can also use action center to switch Bluetooth on. Note: If you can’t see Bluetooth then your PC doesn’t have it, so you won’t be able to connect any devices.
- In the settings menu, select your headphones from the list to pair. Alternatively, select Connect in the action center.
