The Free Weekend promotion gets you full access to the base game, a Ghost War PvP mode and themed PvE special missions. After the trial, you can choose to buy the game at up to 60-percent off the regular price direct from Ubisoft, which will also let you save your progress.

Other game retailers are also offering the discounts. Green Man Gaming is offering up to 64-percent off the PC version of the game for the Standard Edition, which brings the price to £15.12 from £41.99.
The Ultimate Edition has a 42-percent discount and is available for £48.79, down from £83.99, while the Year 2 Gold Edition also sees a 42-percent discount, bringing the price to £34.27 from £58.99.
