The Xiaomi Mi Note 2 (not to be confused with the Xiaomi Redmi Note 2 unveiled last August) is successor to the excellent Mi Note. It’s a flagship
phablet with a screen that is curved on both edges, much like the now-discontinued

The Mi Note 2 will not officially be available in the UK, but you can buy it through Chinese importers such as
GearBest. The company is currently listing the Mi Note 2 on pre-order, and says it will ship after 15 December. Also see:

Note that the price you pay is not be a straight conversion to Sterling from the Chinese RRP, but it will still be cheaper than European flagships. You should also take into account that your rights are slightly different when buying from China, and that you will have to pay a small import fee if requested by Customs upon the phone’s arrival to the UK.
