Deleting an email address from Apple Mail is incredibly easy, all you need to do is go in to the settings, locate the account and click remove. The first thing you’re going to need to do is open Apple Mail, then go to the Menu bar and open Mail > Accounts.

Believe it or not you are nearly there. All you need to do is click the Mail account you want to delete and click on the remove “ – “ symbol in the bottom left of the window.

A new window will then appear and you will be asked ‘Are you sure you want to delete the account “firstname.lastname@example.org”?’. Press OK and your will have removed the account from Apple Mail.
