Vikings
As far as historical dramas go, this one is as gritty and violent as Game of Thrones. There’s five seasons of debauchery to get through on Amazon, as the Norsemen make their way through the murk of the thirteenth century.
Goliath
Billy Bob Thornton stars in a role to rejuvenate his career as once highflying lawyer Billy McBride. He duly uncovers a growing conspiracy at the law firm he founded, pitching him as the David in the Goliath story.
Mr Robot

One of the best new TV series of the past decade, Mr Robot stars Christian Slater and Rami Malek. The latter is a security engineer at a major corporation, before he uses his know-how to help a mysterious organisation called F-Society hack into all sorts of trouble.
