If you’ve been hankering after a Dyson, we’ve got good news. The brand’s latest flagship cordless stick vacuum, the V15 Detect, is at its lowest price ever in the Currys Easter sale. It usually costs £599 but you can get it for a limited time for the much better price of £469.
The vacuum is a particularly good buy because it has the latest Dyson tech, including a green, dust-illuminating laser (which works really well), and a full colour screen that displays battery life and shows exactly how much dirt and dust it’s picking up.

More usefully, the V15 Detect will automatically adjust its suction when it detects carpet or any dustier areas.
The battery is removable so you can buy a spare and swap them out for double the running time. When we reviewed the V15 Detect, we gave it 4.5 out of 5 stars, particularly praising its outstanding cleaning power, and we stand by that after almost a year of heavy use.
The Currys sale is on until 25 April but you can also get the same deal direct from Dyson and for one penny more if you buy a V15 Detect from Argos. Spending that extra penny is worth it though, as Argos will also give you a £50 gift card to spend in store, making it more like £180 off. You can find out more about the promotion at Argos.
Sadly, the V15 Detect deal isn’t available in the US but we did spot a couple of great Dyson discounts. Target has $100 off the V10 Animal cordless, dropping the price to $449.99, down from $549.99.
It’s also offering $100 off the Dyson Outsize+ cordless, bringing the price down to $849.99, from $949.99. This model of the Outsize has the same features as the V15, including the green laser and piezo sensor.
