Some PCs have a label on their back that lists weight, processor type, RAM, and operating system.

How to know the technical characteristics of your computer?
In Windows 10, it is very easy to find the characteristics of your PC.
Go to the bottom left of your screen, right-click on the Windows logo , then select Computer Management .
In the menu on the left, click on Device Manager . All the information concerning the processor, the graphics card and its peripherals are listed there.
Want to know your PC’s RAM? Right click on the Windows logo , then select the System option .
The amount of RAM is just below the Processor.
If your computer is running Windows 8, then go to the Charms bar , click Settings , then PC Info .

Vous pouvez aussi installer le programme gratuit de Priform. Ce dernier analyse votre PC et génère un résumé dans lequel est indiqué la RAM, l’espace de stockage total, le type système d’exploitation, de processeur, de carte mère, de cartes graphiques, et même leur température.
Pour changer la langue de l’interface, allez dans View → Options et Language, puis sélectionnez français.
Si vous sélectionnez l’une des options dans le menu de gauche, vous obtiendrez encore plus de détails sur les composants de votre matériel informatique.

Pour savoir quelle est la carte graphique de votre PC, suivez ces étapes.
Cliquez-droit sur le logo Windows, puis cliquez sur Gestion de l’ordinateur. Dans le menu de gauche, sélectionnez Gestionnaire de périphériques.
Sinon, empruntez le chemin Panneau de configuration → Système et sécurité → Système. Dans le panneau latéral gauche, sélectionnez Gestionnaire de périphériques. Enfin, cliquez sur l’option Cartes Graphiques.
